Om tjänsten

Som lokal IT-koordinator blir du en viktig kontaktpunkt för IT-relaterade frågor på vår site i Tomelilla. Tjänsten är en deltidsanställning med en omfattning på 40 %. Du arbetar nära verksamheten och hjälper användare med både löpande support och mer specialiserade tekniska behov. Rollen innebär även samarbete med vår externa IT-leverantör Iver (som i dagsläget har ansvar för vår IT-miljö)och andra relevanta leverantörer.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innebär att:

  • Konfigurera och installera datorer, mobiler, skrivare och annan IT-utrustning.
  • Installera mjukvara och säkerställa att rätt program finns på plats tillsammans med Iver.
  • Felsöka hårdvara, Windows-uppdateringar, kompatibilitetsproblem och nätverksanslutningar.
  • Ge snabb support vid driftstörningar i verksamhetskritiska system och utrustning.
  • Stötta CAD- och labbdatorer samt system kopplade till databaser, mätdata, testobjekt och loggning.
  • Felsöka och hantera både nya och äldre system, exempelvis Axxos, MBrain och Casat.
  • Medverka vid installation, uppstart och uppgradering av system och mjukvaror.
  • Beställa och hantera IT-utrustning efter samråd med närmaste chef.
  • Ha kontroll över inkommande och befintlig utrustning samt säkerställa att den förvaras på ett säkert sätt.
  • Samordna IT-frågor lokalt och fungera som kontaktpunkt mellan verksamheten och Iver.

Din profil

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har ett stort tekniskt intresse och erfarenhet av IT-support, drift eller liknande arbetsuppgifter. Du är van vid att felsöka både hårdvara och mjukvara och har god förståelse för Windowsmiljöer, nätverk och kringutrustning. Erfarenhet av support inom produktion, R&D eller laboratorieverksamhet är meriterande.

Som person är du serviceinriktad, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad. Du trivs med att arbeta nära användarna och kan prioritera när flera frågor behöver hanteras samtidigt. Du tar ansvar för att driva ärenden framåt, återkopplar när problemen är lösta och har förmågan att snabbt sätta dig in i olika system och deras beroenden.

Arbetet utförs på plats i Tomelilla, där du under din arbetstid ger verksamhetsnära support till våra olika funktioner.
