En Senior Process Owner med ansvar för Swegons globala processer inom Sales, Customer Service och Order Management. Rollen innebär ett helhetsansvar för processer, arbetssätt och systemstöd inom området, med särskilt fokus på Infor M3. Du kommer att driva utveckling, standardisering och implementering av processer i nära samarbete med verksamheten, IT och Swegons globala organisation. Du förväntas ta en ledande roll i förändringsinitiativ och implementeringsprojekt samt säkerställa att Swegons standardiserade M3-modell efterlevs och vidareutvecklas.

Vidare ansvarar du för att översätta verksamhetens behov till effektiva lösningar i vårt ERP-system Infor M3. Du driver både nya implementationer och vidareutvecklar befintlig funktionalitet inom Sales, Customer Service, Order Management. Du förstår att ett effektivt arbetssätt inkluderar att samla in affärskrav och förväntat affärsvärde och löpande validera med verksamheten att förbättrade lösningar ger möjlighet till det förväntade affärsvärdet.

Ansvarsområden

  • Processägare för Sales, Customer Service och Order Management i M3.
  • Driva utveckling och förbättring av processer och systemstöd enligt globala standarder och best practice.
  • Leda projekt och implementationer från analys och design till go-live och stabilisering.
  • Säkerställa att verksamhetsbehov omsätts till effektiva och hållbara process- och systemlösningar.
  • Driva förändringsarbete, utbildning och användarstöd kopplat till nya arbetssätt och processer.
  • Samverka med verksamhet, IT och externa partners för att säkerställa framdrift och resultat.
  • Arbeta i nära samarbete med den globala organisationen för att harmonisera processer och arbetssätt mellan länder och bolag.

Kvalifikationer

  • Flera års erfarenhet inom Sales, Customer Service, Order Management eller liknande verksamhetsområden.
  • Gedigen erfarenhet av Infor M3 och god förståelse för affärsprocesser.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av processutveckling, verksamhetsförbättringar och förändringsledning.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda projekt och implementationer i internationella miljöer.
  • Vana att utbilda och stötta användare i nya processer och system.

Som person är du:

  • En drivande och förtroendeingivande ledare som trivs med förändringsarbete.
  • Analytisk och lösningsorienterad med förmåga att se helheten.
  • Relationsskapande och kommunikativ med lätt för att samarbeta på alla nivåer.
  • Självständig, ansvarstagande och van att arbeta i en internationell miljö.
  • Duktig på att balansera verksamhetsbehov med standardisering och långsiktiga mål.

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet av Infor M3 Cloud Edition.
  • Erfarenhet av globala ERP-transformationer.
  • Erfarenhet av processägarskap i internationella koncerner.
