Temos no grupo uma Instituição de Pagamento recém autorizada a funcionar pelo Banco Central do Brasil, e estamos em busca de novos integrantes para nosso time de Compliance, Controles Internos e Riscos

Sobre a posição 🔥

  • Identificar, medir, avaliar, monitorar, reportar, controlar e mitigar riscos operacionais, de crédito, e de liquidez;
  • Avaliar a criação de novos produtos ou serviços, bem como alterações ou manutenção dos produtos existentes;
  • Criar e aplicar testes de conformidade;
  • Elaborar um relatório anual sobre Controles Internos, em conformidade com as normas vigentes;
  • Desenvolver e implementar sistemas de controle interno a fim de mitigar riscos financeiros, operacionais e de conformidade, partindo do zero;
  • Realizar testes de controles internos periódicos para avaliar a eficácia dos controles e propor melhorias, quando necessário:
  • Criar e acompanhar métricas de controle e elaborar relatórios para a alta gestão, garantindo a eficiência e a eficácia dos controles; Implementar e monitorar controles internos em todas as áreas da empresa, visando a identificar e corrigir eventuais falhas ou desvios.

Modelo de trabalho: CLT com 3 dias presenciais no escritório.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas; Inglês avançado ou fluente;
  • Experiência prévia de, no mínimo, 3 anos na área de Riscos e/ou Controles Internos necessariamente em empresas reguladas pelo Banco Central do Brasil;
  • Conhecimento das normas e regulamentações do Banco Central do Brasil.

Diferencial

  • Conhecimentos em Compliance/PLD.
