Il comprend deux sites hospitaliers situés à Moutier et Saint-Imier, neuf Medicentres, un réseau d’ambulances, deux EMS, deux instituts de radiologie, un centre de thérapies physiques et cognitives ainsi qu’un service d’hospitalisation à domicile.

Grâce à son expertise multidisciplinaire, Le Réseau de l’Arc propose des prestations de qualité au service des patients, de son personnel et de ses visiteurs. Avec près de 1'300 collaborateurs, il répond aux besoins médicaux et hospitaliers d’une population d’environ 80'000 habitants.

Pour renforcer l’équipe de cuisine de notre site de Moutier, nous recherchons un(e)

Second de cuisine avec CFC 100%

Description du poste

  • Seconder le Chef de cuisine dans sa mission au quotidien et participer au bon fonctionnement de la cuisine
  • Garantir la qualité des mets servis à la clientèle interne et externe
  • Garantir la sécurité alimentaire et les normes d’hygiène Haccp en vigueur pour la clientèle
  • Participer à la planification des plans de travail et la gestion de l’équipe au quotidien
  • Encadrer et superviser le personnel ainsi que la formation pour les apprentis
  • Garantir l’approvisionnement et la fraîcheur des stocks marchandises first in-first out, commandes et inventaires
  • Tenir à jour les documents permettant le suivi financier du service de cuisine
  • Participer à la bonne collaboration avec le service hôtelier , synergie interservices, et diététique
  • Participer à la production au quotidien des mets conventionnels, diététique , et des mets « à la carte »
  • Veiller au respect des heures de distribution de l’ensemble des prestations de restauration
  • Promouvoir l’esprit d’équipe

Qualifications

  • Expérience dans la restauration collective et traditionnelle souhaitée
  • CFC de cuisinier en diététique un atout ou expérience demandée
  • Compétences relationnelles et sociales
  • Sens de l’initiative
  • Personnalité ouverte et dynamique
  • Esprit d’équipe et facilité d’intégration
  • Flexibilité et autonomie
