Description du poste

La Swiss Medical Network Management Academy lance le SMN Internship, un parcours de 18 mois conçu pour offrir aux jeunes diplômé(e)s une immersion unique au sein de Swiss Medical Network.

Pendant 18 mois, les participants bénéficient d'une expérience immersive et transversale dans les trois régions linguistiques et dans cinq différents domaines professionnels pour vous permettre de découvrir les différents métiers et établissements ainsi que la vision stratégique du Swiss Medical Network.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

  • Être jeune diplômé(e) et souhaiter débuter votre parcours professionnel dans un environnement stimulant, dynamique et formateur.
  • Disposer au minimum d’un niveau B1 dans une deuxième langue nationale et avoir l’envie de développer davantage vos compétences linguistiques au cours du programme.
  • Être disponible pour une mobilité entre les différentes régions de Suisse.
  • Faire preuve de motivation, de curiosité intellectuelle, d’engagement professionnel, de flexibilité et de capacité d’adaptation.
