Du verantwortest Aufgaben im Konzerntreasury mit Fokus auf Liquiditätsbewirtschaftung und Verwaltung. Dabei planst du die kurzfristige Liquidität und steuerst die liquiden Mittel in CHF und Fremdwährungen am Geldmarkt. Dabei betreust du auch die Konzern-Cashpools in der Schweiz und Europa. Ausserdem berätst du die Konzerngesellschaften in Treasury-Fragen und betreust Konzerndarlehen sowie Bankgarantien/Bürgschaften. In einem engagierten Team arbeitest du eigenverantwortlich und pflegst eine klare, verlässliche Zusammenarbeit.

  • Kurzfristige Liquiditätsplanung auf Konzernstufe und Steuerung der liquiden Mittel in CHF und Fremdwährungen am Geldmarkt
  • Betreuung der Konzern-Cashpools Schweiz und Europa
  • Administration von Konzerndarlehen und Ausstellung von Bankgarantien/Bürgschaften
  • Konzernweite Koordination von Kontoverbindungen, inklusive Neueröffnungen und Aktualisieren von Unterschriftenregelungen, sowie Superuser in E-Banking-Systemen
  • Heavy User im Treasury Management System Quantum und Nutzung von AI-Tools wie Copilot oder Swisscom eigene AI-Anwendungen.

Skills

  • Abschluss (FH/HF) in Betriebswirtschaft, Bankdiplom oder ähnliches
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Treasury und/oder Bankenumfeld (Firmenkunden)
  • Fundiertes Wissen zu Finanzinstrumenten
  • Versiert in E-Banking-Systemen sowie im Cash Management und bei Geldmarktgeschäften und mit Zahlungsverkehrsthemen (SIC, SWIFT, SEPA etc.)
  • Vernetzt und analytisch denkend, du erkennst Zusammenhänge und löst Probleme
  • Exakte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Du bist kundenorientiert und als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit findest du die richtige Balance bei der Vertretung unserer Interessen
  • Digitale Affinität und ein gutes Gespür für Automatisierungs- und Optimierungspotenziale in Treasury-Prozessen
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
