Im Team Swisscom Digital Workspace gestaltest du den internen Arbeitsplatz für über 25'000 Mitarbeitende aktiv mit. Gemeinsam mit Architektur, Engineering und Security entwickelst du moderne Workplace-Lösungen weiter und bringst dein fundiertes technisches Know-how von der Analyse über die Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung ein. Dabei bewertest du technische Anforderungen, Architekturvorgaben, Sicherheitsaspekte sowie Nutzerbedürfnisse und führst diese zu nachhaltigen und skalierbaren Lösungen zusammen.

  • Technische Weiterentwicklung des internen Arbeitsplatzes in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur, Engineering und Security
  • Analyse, Bewertung und Priorisierung technischer Anforderungen sowie Koordination der Umsetzung mit Product Ownern und Engineering Teams
  • Erarbeitung technischer Lösungsdesigns inklusive Architektur-, Sicherheits- und Compliance-Aspekten
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Ableitung technischer Massnahmen sowie Begleitung deren Umsetzung
  • Übernahme technischer, strategischer und konzeptioneller Aufgaben im Workplace-Umfeld
  • Stufengerechte Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern

Deine Skills

  • Abschluss (Uni/FH/HF) in Informatik oder gleichwertiger Abschluss inklusive Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Workplace-Lösungen
  • Stärke im Projektmanagement von grossen und komplexen Informatik-Projekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Workplace-Architekturen, Endpoint Management sowie Security-Grundlagen
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse technischer Anforderungen und der Erarbeitung von Lösungsarchitekturen
  • Kenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien, Microsoft 365 und Systemintegration von Vorteil
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denkweise mit hoher technischer Affinität
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur-, Engineering- und Security-Teams
  • Routine im Einsatz von Tools mit künstlicher Intelligenz sowie Interesse an neuen Technologien und Innovationen
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
