Im Hochschulpraktikum Web Analytics gestaltest du mit uns die digitale Zukunft. Leidenschaftlich und engagiert entwickelst du unsere Analytics-Konzepte weiter und stellst die Tracking-Implementation sicher.

Du verantwortest Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Web Analytics im Geschäftskundenbereich. Mit deiner Leidenschaft für Daten und Insights stellst du einfache und begeisternde Kundenerlebnisse sicher. Als Experience Architektur Domäne verantworten wir im Team die digitalen Erlebnisse unserer Geschäftskund*innen, Partner und Mitarbeitenden. Dafür haben wir von Research über Experience Design und Testing sowie Analytics alle nötigen Kompetenzen bei uns gebündelt.

Dich erwartet ein hoch motiviertes und kollegiales Team das gemeinsam lernt und begeisternde Geschäftserlebnisse zum Kunden bringt.

  • Komplexe Daten und Strukturen übersetzt du mittels durchdachter Tracking-Strategien in verständliche Informationen mit Mehrwert für deine Stakeholder
  • Du analysierst Business Bedürfnisse, übersetzt sie in Performance-Indikatoren und überführst diese in Tracking-Konzepte
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung bringst du die Tracking-Konzepte in die Umsetzung und stellst deren Qualität in unseren System sicher
  • Für die Sicherstellung einer hohen Tracking-Qualität transferierst du das notwendige Wissen in die Entwicklungsteams

Deine Skills:

  • Bachelor oder Master (Uni/FH/ETH) in Informatik, Data Science oder in einer verwandten Fachrichtung
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, Grundkenntnisse in Tag Management, HTML und Javascript
  • Kenntnisse im Kontext Tracking Konzeption, Implementierung und Qualitätssicherung von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in agilen Vorgehensweisen und Strukturen von Vorteil
  • Holistisches Denken und Handeln, lösungsorientiert, engagiert und durchsetzungsfähig
  • Spass an der Durchdringung von Themen mit hoher Komplexität
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch, weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil
