Für eine etablierte und erfolgreiche Organisation im Raum Bern suchen wir für unsere Kundin eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Leiter:in Payroll & HR Services. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die professionelle Lohnverarbeitung einer grösseren Mitarbeitendenpopulation und führen ein eingespieltes Team.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Payroll-Teams
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und korrekten Lohnverarbeitung für mehrere hundert bis über tausend Mitarbeitende
  • Mitarbeit im operativen Payroll-Tagesgeschäft
  • Verantwortung für Jahresendarbeiten sowie Sozialversicherungs- und Quellensteuerprozesse
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Payroll- und HR-Service-Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Anspruchsgruppen und verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen
  • Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten im HR-Umfeld

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Payroll, Sozialversicherungen oder Human Resources
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der operativen Lohnverarbeitung für eine grössere Anzahl Mitarbeitender
  • Erste oder fundierte Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit modernen Payroll- und HR-Systemen
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse
