Deine Aufgaben

  • Du baust unsere ICT Risikomanagement Prozesse auf, implementierst sie und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du verfolgst rechtliche und regulatorische Anforderungen im Bereich Informationssicherheit und übersetzt sie in konkrete Massnahmen
  • Du führst den IT Security Operations Manager fachlich und personell und förderst dessen Weiterentwicklung
  • Du bist das Bindeglied zu unserem Mutterhaus sowie zu externen Security Partnern und steuerst die Zusammenarbeit
  • Du führst Assessments durch und koordinierst interne und externe Audits
  • Du verantwortest das IT Continuity Management mit Business Impact Analyse, Continuity Planning und Disaster Recovery Tests und wirkst im übergeordneten Business Continuity Management mit
  • Du überwachst laufend die Bedrohungslage und bewertest neue Risiken
  • Du alarmierst und rapportierst bei Sicherheitsvorfällen

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene höhere Berufsbildung als Wirtschaftsinformatiker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise ergänzt durch anerkannte Zertifizierungen im Bereich Information Security (zum Beispiel CISM, CISSP oder ISO 27001 Lead Auditor)
  • Du bringst langjährige Berufserfahrung im IT Risk oder Information Security Management mit und bewegst dich in diesem Umfeld eigenständig und souverän
  • Du kennst die relevanten Frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, CIS, COBIT) nicht nur, sondern wendest sie sicher und routiniert in der Praxis an
  • Du hast ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung und führst eine Fachperson zielgerichtet und wirksam
  • Im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, auch auf Ebene Mutterhaus und Security Partner, agierst du sicher und baust tragfähige Beziehungen auf
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und qualitätsbewusst und überzeugst durch schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis
  • Du bist eine kommunikative, kooperative Persönlichkeit und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
