Als Lernende/r arbeitest du in einem Team und engagierst dich zusammen mit deiner Betreuungsperson dafür, dass die Immobilien unserer Kunden sowie deren Mieter in guten Händen sind. Die Aufgaben bei Livit sind vielfältig und abwechslungsreich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Im Rahmen verschiedener Abteilungseinsätze während deiner Ausbildung, erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:
  • Du unterstützt deine Betreuungsperson bei der Vermietung von Wohnungen sowie dem Erstellen von Mietverträgen und Inseraten
  • Du hast regen telefonischen Kontakt mit Mietinteressenten, Mietern, Handwerkern, etc.
  • Du bearbeitest verschiedensten Kundenanliegen
  • Du hilfst bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Wohnungsabnahmen/-übergaben mit
  • Du erhältst einen umfassenden Einblick in die Immobilienbuchhaltung
  • Du erstellst diverse Korrespondenz und erledigst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

Dein Profil

  • Du hast die Sekundarstufe I mit guten bis sehr guten Leistungen abgeschlossen
  • Du verfügst über gute Umgangsformen und drückst dich mündlich wie schriftlich gewandt in der deutschen Sprache aus
  • Du interessierst dich für die betriebswirtschaftlichen Abläufe und Zusammenhänge in der Branche Immobilien/Treuhand
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, bist kommunikativ und arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Du lernst einfach und schnell, und arbeitest zuverlässig
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
  • Du bist neugierig und offen gegenüber Veränderungen
  • Du hast Freude, neue Technologien und digitale Tools anzuwenden
