Deine Aufgaben

• Du pflegst, reparierst, reinigst und kontrollierst unsere Liegenschaften

• Du führst allgemeine Logistik- und Entsorgungsarbeiten aus

• Du unterstützt bei der Parkingreinigung und leistet Wintersdienst, verbunden mit Pikettdienst

• Du kontrollierst Flucht- und Rettungswege und leitest Maßnahmen ein

• Du bist Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Mieter und Lieferanten für individuelle Themen

• Du führst Arbeiten für Dritte aus und unterstützt bei Eventaufbauten und Veranstaltungen

Dein Profil

• Du hast von Vorteil eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hauswartung, Betriebsunterhalt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Du besitzt einen Fahrausweis B/BE und idealerweise eine Staplerprüfung oder zeigst Bereitschaft diesen zu erwerben

• Du kommunizierst in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

• Du hast keine Probleme Arbeiten in der Höhe mit div. Hebemittel auszuführen

• Du trittst selbstsicher und gepflegt auf und hast angenehme Umgangsformen

• Du bist belastungsstark und bereit, unregelmässige Arbeitseinsätze (Früh- und Spätschicht / Montag bis Samstag / vereinzelt auch in der Nacht oder an Sonntagen) zu übernehmen

• Du kannst mit den gängigsten MS Officeanwendungen umgehen
