Deine Aufgaben

  • Du rekrutierst verschiedene Funktionen in der Immobilienbranche sowie Stabsfunktionen in der Zusammenarbeit mit den Linienvorgesetzten
  • Du nutzt diverse Rekrutierungskanäle inklusive Active Sourcing zur Suche nach den passenden neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • Du agierst als professionelle:r Sparring Partner:in für die Linie
  • Du führst die Vorstellungsgespräche selbständig und persönlich durch und beurteilst die Bewerbenden insbesondere nach dem Cultural fit
  • Du stellst eine exzellente Candidate Experience sicher
  • Du unterstützt bei Bedarf die HRBP in deren Rekrutierungsprozessen

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und idealerweise über einen eidg. FA Personalfachmann/-frau oder ähnliche Weiterbildung
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung von Fachkräften mit
  • Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit Social Media Kanälen (Linked-In, Kununu)
  • Du bist digital affin und hast Erfahrung im Umgang von HR-Instrumenten (Erfahrung in Workday von Vorteil)
  • Du bist deutscher Muttersprache und hast von Vorteile gute mündliche Französischkenntnisse
  • Du verfügst über eine hohe Sozial- und Selbstkompetenz mit der Fähigkeit zum Selbstmanagement
