Deine Aufgaben •Du führst dein Team zielorientiert, entwickelst die Mitarbeitenden weiter und stellst eine hohe Qualität der Leistungen sicher. •Du verantwortest den Aufbau und Betrieb eines schlanken Project & Quality Management mit Portfolioübersicht, Methoden, Templates und Reporting. •Du übernimmst selbstständig Projektleitungen und arbeitest operativ in strategischen und bereichsübergreifenden Vorhaben mit. •Du steuerst Projektplanung, Fortschritt, Abhängigkeiten, Risiken und Ressourcen und sorgst für Transparenz auf allen Ebenen. •Du etablierst pragmatische Liefer- und Zusammenarbeitsmodelle und förderst eine ausgewogene Kombination aus agilen und klassischen Methoden. •Du verantwortest das Qualitätsmanagement und entwickelst Standards, Reviews, Testkoordination sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmassnahmen weiter. •Du arbeitest eng mit dem CIO Office im Demand- und Portfoliomanagement zusammen und stellst klare Verantwortlichkeiten zwischen Steuerung und Umsetzung sicher. •Du befähigst Projektleitende und Teams in Methodik, Governance und Tooling und sorgst für ein transparentes Status- und Risikoreporting.

Dein Profil •Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildung. •Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Programmmanagement sowie im Aufbau und Betrieb eines Project & Quality Management mit. •Du hast komplexe Projekte und bereichsübergreifende Vorhaben erfolgreich gesteuert und umgesetzt. •Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitäts- und Testmanagement und bewegst dich sicher in agilen, klassischen sowie hybriden Projektumgebungen. •Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit und verstehst es, Mitarbeitende und Teams zu befähigen und weiterzuentwickeln. •Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und mit einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein. •Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie ein professionelles und partnerschaftliches Auftreten. •Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch und begeisterst dich für neue Technologien sowie moderne Arbeitsmethoden.
