Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt und berätst die Bewirtschaftung in baulichen und gebäudetechnischen Belangen und stellst mithilfe von Zustandsberichten die Dokumentation für die Massnahmen und deren Budgetierung sicher
  • Du koordinierst, steuerst und überwachst externe Dienstleister und gewährleistest die vertraglichen Leistungen
  • Du stellst die Vorgaben eines optimalen Unterhalts und die einwandfreie Funktion der technischen Infrastruktur sicher und leitest bei Bedarf gezielte Instandhaltungsmassnahmen ein
  • Du kontrollierst die Bauausführung und achtest auf Kosten, Termine, Qualität, Umwelt und Sicherheit
  • Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Abwicklung von Mängeln, Schaden- und Garantiefällen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Bewirtschaftung und Baumanagement
  • Du begleitest Sanierungsprojekte und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson seitens Bewirtschaftung bei externer Bauleitung oder Livit-Bau
  • Du berätst zu Energie und Umweltmassnahmen und zeigst Optimierungsvorschläge und Verbesserungsmassnahmen auf

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Baugewerbe (z. B. Zeichner: in oder Facility Management oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Du bringst eine kaufmännische Weiterbildung oder Berufserfahrung in der Immobilien- oder Baubranche mit
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Facility Management, Gebäude- Instandhaltung oder in der technischen Bewirtschaftung
  • Du kennst dich mit der Abwicklung von Bauprojekten im Bereich des Bauwesens aus
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für bauliche Schaden- und Garantiefälle, kennst relevante Normen und Vorschriften und kannst Schadenursachen nachvollziehbar herleiten
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell mit internen wie externen Ansprechpartnern und handelst stets dienst- leistungsorientiert
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, speditiv und behältst auch unter Zeitdruck den Überblick
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Organisationstalent
