Bei uns als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Identity & Access Management übernimmst du eigenverantwortliche Aufgaben mit echtem Mehrwert – du bringst eigene Automatisierungsideen ein, vertiefst deine Kenntnisse in PowerShell, Active Directory und Microsoft-Technologien und arbeitest dabei eng mit einem engagierten Team mit hoher fachlicher Expertise zusammen.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  • Du unterstützt bei der Benutzer- und Gruppenverwaltung sowie der Berechtigungspflege im Active Directory und Microsoft 365
  • Serviceanfragen, Tickets und Aufträge im Bereich Identity & Access Management bearbeitest du eigenständig und zuverlässig
  • Mit PowerShell entwickelst und optimierst du Skripte zur Automatisierung von Standardprozessen und steigerst so die Effizienz des Teams
  • Wiederkehrende manuelle Tätigkeiten analysierst du systematisch und überführst sie in automatisierte Lösungen
  • Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung interner Identity- und Berechtigungsprozesse mit und dokumentierst deine Ergebnisse nachvollziehbar
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus IT-Support, Infrastruktur und Informationssicherheit rundet deinen Aufgabenbereich ab
  • Du unterstützt die Anwender und Fachbereiche im Microsoft-365-Umfeld, insbesondere bei Themen rund um SharePoint Online, Berechtigungen, Dokumentenablagen und Zusammenarbeit in Teams

Deine Stärken

  • Du studierst Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und bringst echtes Interesse an IT-Infrastrukturen mit
  • Erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-Servern, Active Directory oder Microsoft 365 hast du bereits gesammelt – idealerweise auch mit PowerShell oder einer vergleichbaren Skriptsprache
  • Analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise helfen dir, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu durchdringen
  • Neue Technologien motivieren dich – du gehst eigeninitiativ an Aufgaben heran und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem interdisziplinären Team und kannst deine Ergebnisse klar kommunizieren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
