Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  • Du vereinbarst telefonisch Beratungstermine mit unseren Bestandkunden (m/w/d) für unsere Finanzberater (m/w/d)
  • Im Rahmen der Datenpflege kümmerst du dich um das Aktualisieren und Sichern der relevanten Informationen
  • Zudem gehört die Lösungsfindung mit Hilfe von Wissensdatenbanken und Kundenverwaltungsprogrammen zu deinem Aufgabenprofil

  • Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme fällt dir leicht
  • Teamfähigkeit ist eine deiner Stärken
  • Du zeichnest dich durch dein Kommunikationsgeschick in Wort und Schrift aus
  • Die Verwendung von Word, PowerPoint und Excel ist dir vertraut

Deine Arbeitswoche kannst du dir flexibel gestalten. Bei uns kannst du zwischen 12 und 20 Stunden arbeiten. Deine Einsatzzeit wählst du individuell wochentags zwischen 12:00 und 20:00 Uhr.
