Während deiner vierjährigen Ausbildung lernst du die vielseitige Informatikwelt der Swisslos kennen. Du arbeitest mit modernen IT-Systemen und bis von Anfang an Teil unseres Teams.

Du lernst unter anderem,

  • IT-Systeme zu installieren, zu konfigurieren und zu warten,
  • Störungen zu analysieren und Lösungen zu finden,
  • mit Hard- und Software zu arbeiten,
  • unsere Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen und Problemen zu unterstützen,
  • dein Informatik-Wissen Schritt für Schritt in der Praxis anzuwenden.

Dabei darfst du mitdenken, Fragen stellen, Neues ausprobieren und schon während deiner Lehrzeit aktiv im Team mitarbeiten.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abschluss der Sekundarschule Niveau E oder P
  • Bestandener ICT Multicheck (Voraussetzung)
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Grosses Interesse an Informatik und Technik
  • Freude am Lernen und daran, Probleme zu lösen
  • Offenheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Freundliche und gute Umgangsformen
