Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung der Nebenbücher (Kreditoren, Debitoren, Anlagen)
  • Unterstützung bei Aufgaben im Hauptbuch
  • Mitarbeit bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen sowie Mitarbeit bei Auswertungen und im Reporting
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen
  • Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Schrittweise Übernahme zusätzlicher Aufgaben und fachlicher Verantwortung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Treuhandwesen oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Sehr gute MS Excel-Kenntnisse und Interesse an IT-gestützten Finanzprozessen
  • Ausgepräges Zahlenflair sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Motivation, das Fachwissen gezielt zu vertiefen und sich berufsbegleitend zur Fachfrau bzw. Fachmann im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis weiterzuentwickeln
