Job Description

  • Aktive Betreuung und Entwicklung bestehender Privatkunden sowie Identifikation von Cross-Selling- und Weiterempfehlungspotenzialen,
  • Proaktive Akquisition von Neukunden über digitale und physische Vertriebskanäle,
  • Begleitung von Kunden im Onboarding und bei der Auswahl geeigneter Anlage- und Produktlösungen,
  • Identifikation und Abschluss von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten mit hohem Volumen,
  • Repräsentation von Swissquote an Messen, Kundenveranstaltungen und Webinaren,
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen und Veranstaltungen,
  • Einbringen von Kundenfeedback zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Prozesse.

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung mit 1–2 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im Banking,
  • Ausgeprägte Verkaufs-, Verhandlungs- und Abschlussstärke,
  • Kundenorientierte, kommunikative und proaktive Persönlichkeit,
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken,
  • Professionelles Auftreten und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt,
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
