Nous ouvrons un poste d’Analyste Développeur SQL/API pour renforcer l’équipe de notre client basé à Genève. La mission s’inscrit dans un projet stratégique de transformation du système d’information RH et d’intégration d’Oracle HCM Cloud. Vous prendrez en charge la refonte d’interfaces existantes et leur évolution vers une nouvelle architecture, avec une responsabilité de bout en bout, de l’analyse jusqu’à la stabilisation en production.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Analyser les interfaces et flux RH existants afin d’identifier les règles de gestion, transformations, contrôles, dépendances et impacts liés à leur migration vers Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Concevoir les solutions d’intégration cibles en tenant compte des besoins métier, des contraintes techniques, de la performance, de la sécurité et de la maintenabilité.
  • Piloter vos interfaces de manière autonome, depuis la définition de la solution et la rédaction des spécifications jusqu’au déploiement et au suivi en production.
  • Développer et maintenir des composants sous Oracle / PL/SQL et contribuer à la réalisation d’intégrations utilisant des API REST et SOAP ainsi que les formats JSON et XML.
  • Collaborer avec les différentes équipes techniques et fonctionnelles impliquées, notamment sur les sujets d’architecture, de bases de données, d’intégration et d’ordonnancement.
  • Préparer et réaliser les tests unitaires et d’intégration end-to-end, contribuer aux phases UAT, assurer les corrections et effectuer les tests de non-régression.
  • Documenter les solutions, flux, règles de gestion et résultats de tests au moyen des outils de suivi et de documentation du projet.
  • Préparer les mises en production, effectuer les contrôles post-déploiement et contribuer activement à la stabilisation des interfaces.
  • Formation supérieure en informatique ou dans un domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée en analyse, conception et développement d’interfaces dans des projets IT, notamment avec PL/SQL.
  • Excellente maîtrise d’Oracle et de PL/SQL, accompagnée de solides connaissances des bases de données relationnelles et de la manipulation de données.
  • Bonne maîtrise des principes d’intégration via API REST/SOAP, des formats JSON/XML et des mécanismes de sécurisation des échanges.
  • Expérience de projets d’intégration ou de transformation de systèmes d’information impliquant plusieurs applications et équipes.
  • Connaissance d’outils d’intégration et d’ordonnancement tels que Talend et Control-M, ainsi que d’outils comme Jira et Confluence.
  • Une expérience des systèmes d’information RH, d’Oracle HCM Cloud ou d’OHRMS constitue un avantage.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, avec autonomie, rigueur, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, aisance relationnelle et orientation résultats.
