Nous ouvrons un poste de Chef de projet pour renforcer l'équipe de notre client basé à Genève. Ce poste s'inscrit dans le cadre du remplacement d'un outil de case management lié à l'Assurance Invalidité (AI).

Responsabilites du poste

  • Diriger et organiser le projet afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixés en termes de délais, coûts et qualité, tout en garantissant la livraison des résultats attendus.
  • Gérer les budgets alloués et transmettre les informations nécessaires au contrôle de gestion.
  • Coordonner les ressources impliquées et veiller au respect des échéances et des objectifs.
  • Assurer le suivi des activités de reporting selon la méthodologie Hermes 2022 et informer régulièrement la direction du projet et du programme sur l'avancement.
  • Mettre en œuvre une communication efficace du projet en collaboration avec le mandant.
  • Gérer les parties prenantes et maintenir leur engagement tout au long du projet.
  • Superviser l'assurance qualité et la gestion des risques pour l'ensemble du projet.
  • Impliquer les instances de prescription et de contrôle afin de garantir la conformité aux exigences.
  • Maintenir et optimiser les méthodes, pratiques et outils utilisés dans le projet.
  • Préparer les éléments nécessaires à la prise de décision.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets liés à la mise en place d'outils de case management, incluant la migration de données et l'analyse de solutions innovantes.
  • Compétence démontrée dans la coordination d'équipes techniques et métiers.
  • Capacité à faire progresser les projets et à produire des livrables en collaboration avec une équipe experte.
  • Autonomie dans l'identification des tâches nécessaires, avec validation auprès de l'équipe.
  • Maîtrise du français.
