About the role
The Associate Customer Operations Representative is responsible for reviewing and processing financial activities for our active annuity products; including but not limited to, withdrawals, transfers, beneficiary changes, and account maintenance. Ensuring a positive customer experience by maintaining a high level of accuracy.
What you will do
- Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems
- Maintaining team and special partner SLAs
- Working with team to help strengthen others and collaborate across organization to understand how we impact each other and be flexible to help other teams to meet business needs
- Proactively finding ways to gain efficiencies and reduce errors on a personal/team level to better our customer experience.
- Occasional escalation and correction handling as needed which may result in direct contact with customers and or agents to resolve open issues.

Compensation
Hourly Range: $22.00 - $30.87 plus eligibility for Company Annual Bonus
Who you are
- High School Diploma required; Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Effective computer and software skills
- Capable of following procedures and processes
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work within established timeframes
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated
