Como vai ser seu dia a dia como Analista de Operação Local Pleno por aqui?

  • Planejamento de eventos em parceria com os organizadores contratantes, garantindo uma jornada de ponta a ponta alinhada com as expectativas.
  • Análises pré e pós-evento, trazendo aprendizados e oportunidades de melhoria para os próximos desafios.
  • Atuação durante os eventos, tanto presencial quanto remota (via escala), para garantir que tudo aconteça com excelência.
  • Elaboração de orçamentos relacionados à operação e execução dos eventos.
  • Apoio aos times de CS e Comercial, respondendo dúvidas operacionais sobre a Plataforma Sympla/Bileto e garantindo fluidez nos processos.
  • Capacitação de credenciados – tanto veteranos quanto novos, promovendo alinhamento e segurança na atuação.
  • Gestão e atualizações no Pipefy, acompanhando os fluxos e garantindo que tudo esteja em ordem.
  • Treinamentos pontuais a organizadores, com foco no uso da plataforma para a gestão de acesso aos eventos, quando solicitado por CS ou Comercial.
  • Apoio à formação de novos integrantes do time de Operações Locais.
  • Organização e gestão da planilha de escala da equipe.
  • Participação em reuniões com organizadores e apoio em decisões mais complexas, quando necessário, sempre com orientação e suporte.

  • Conhecimento (ou vontade de aprender!) sobre ferramentas como Pipefy, Notion e Zapier.
  • Responsabilidade e comprometimento com prazos, combinados e entregas.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob supervisão, seguindo processos com atenção e cuidado, mesmo em situações de pressão.
  • Olhar crítico para auditorias e melhorias — aqui, todo mundo ajuda a fazer melhor.
  • Habilidade de priorizar, simplificar e resolver problemas de forma prática.
  • Comunicação clara, empatia e espírito colaborativo — aqui, o trabalho em equipe faz toda a diferença!
  • Organização, pensamento analítico e vontade de colocar a mão na massa.
