Como vai ser seu dia a dia como Analista de TI Sênior por aqui?

Como parte do time de Office IT, você será a principal referência de Tecnologia para o escritório de Belo Horizonte, garantindo uma experiência de TI eficiente, segura e de qualidade para os Symplers.

  • Prestar suporte N2/N3 aos usuários via plataforma de ITSM (Jira Service Management, Freshservice ou similares), garantindo o cumprimento de SLAs e alta qualidade no atendimento.
  • Gerenciar e manter a infraestrutura de Redes e Segurança, incluindo administração de firewalls Fortinet (FortiGate) e ecossistemas Wi-Fi / switching (Ruckus e Ubiquiti UniFi).
  • Administrar o ecossistema Google Workspace (gestão de contas, grupos, licenças, políticas de segurança, e-mails e drives compartilhados).
  • Atuar no ciclo de vida de Gestão de Acessos e Identidades (IAM), realizando aprovisionamento (onboarding), desprovisionamento (offboarding) e concessão de privilégios com foco em segurança.
  • Desenvolver e manter automações de rotinas de suporte (utilizando scripts como Python, PowerShell ou Bash, integrações via API ou workflows do próprio ITSM) para otimizar processos operacionais.
  • Monitorar a conectividade da rede (LAN, WAN, VPN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP) e realizar troubleshooting avançado.
  • Manter atualizada a documentação técnica, topologias de rede e a Base de Conhecimento da equipe.

O que você precisa saber para se juntar ao nosso de time de Office IT?

  • Experiência como Analista de Suporte de TI / Infraestrutura
  • Experiência prática na administração de ativos de rede: Firewalls Fortinet (configuração de regras, VPNs, políticas de segurança e monitoramento) e Soluções Ruckus e UniFi (gestão de Access Points, controladoras, Wi-Fi corporativo e switches).
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em Redes de Computadores (modelos OSI/TCP-IP, roteamento, VLANs, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NAT e diagnóstico de problemas de conectividade).
  • Domínio na administração do Google Workspace em nível corporativo.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de ITSM / Helpdesk (Jira Service Management, Freshservice ou similares) para gestão de incidentes, requisições e SLAs.
  • Conhecimento prático em Gestão de Acessos (Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO, MFA e princípio do menor privilégio).
  • Habilidade com Automação de processos/rotinas (scripts em Python, PowerShell, Bash ou ferramentas no-code/low-code).

Será um show de diferencial se você tiver:

  • Certificações do mercado de infra/segurança (ex: NSE 4 / Fortinet, Ubiquiti, CCNA ou similares).
  • Vivência ou certificação sob a metodologia ITIL (gestão de incidentes, requisições, problemas e mudanças).
  • Boas práticas de Segurança da Informação e Privacidade de Dados (LGPD, ISO 27001).
  • Conhecimento em criação de workflows e automações avançadas em ferramentas ITSM.
