Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen engagierten IT-Administrator (w/m/d), der unsere IT-Infrastruktur zuverlässig betreut, technische Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert angeht und unseren Anwendern bei komplexeren IT-Fragestellungen kompetent zur Seite steht.

In dieser Position übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im 2nd Level Support, sorgst für einen stabilen und sicheren IT-Betrieb und bringst deine Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer IT-Prozesse ein. Gleichzeitig bietet dir die Position die Möglichkeit, dich perspektivisch in Richtung Teamleitung weiterzuentwickeln und die Verantwortung für ein kleines IT-Team zu übernehmen.

Deine Aufgaben:

IT-Administration und Infrastruktur

  • Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systemlandschaft
  • Betreuung von Servern, Clients, Netzwerken und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Gruppenrichtlinien
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von Hard- und Software
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, performanten und sicheren IT-Betriebs
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten sowie bei der Einführung neuer Systeme und Technologien

2nd Level Support

  • Analyse und Behebung komplexer technischer Störungen und IT-Probleme
  • Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen, die im 1st Level Support nicht gelöst werden können
  • Systematische Fehleranalyse sowie nachhaltige Problemlösung
  • Unterstützung der Anwender bei Hard- und Softwarefragen
  • Dokumentation von Störungen, Lösungen und Systemänderungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Softwarepartnern

IT-Sicherheit und Prozessoptimierung

  • Umsetzung und Überwachung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Backup-, Recovery- und Update-Konzepten
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in der bestehenden IT-Landschaft
  • Weiterentwicklung von IT-Standards, Dokumentationen und Supportprozessen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionellen Support

Perspektive: Teamleitung

  • Schrittweise Übernahme von Verantwortung für ein kleines IT-Team
  • Koordination und Priorisierung der täglichen Aufgaben im IT-Support
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung von IT-Ressourcen und Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows-Client- und Serverumgebungen
  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerken, Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung sowie gängigen IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendern
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT
  • Motivation, perspektivisch Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
