Du möchtest die Zukunft der Robotik mitgestalten? Dann unterstütze unser Support-Team als Werkstudent Customer Support (all genders) bei der Betreuung unserer Kunden und für die Lösung technischer Probleme. Damit trägst du maßgeblich zum Erfolg von Automatisierungsprojekten bei. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit anderen Mitgliedern unserer Kundenorganisation zusammen und kooperierst mit unseren Entwickler/innen, um die Probleme zu analysieren und zu lösen.

Deine Mission

  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Behebung von technischen Problemen in den Kundenumgebungen
  • Betreuung der Kunden bei Fragen zur Software
  • Optimierung der Support Prozesse
  • Mitarbeit bei der Verwaltung, Überwachung und Optimierung unserer SaaS-Umgebungen

Dein Profil

  • Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in in den Bereichen Informatik, Computer Science oder vergleichbares
  • Interesse an Kubernetes-Umgebungen (Erfahrung ist ein Plus)
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du behältst im Umgang mit Kunden stets eine positive und empathische Grundhaltung
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Linux, Netzwerken oder REST-API-Schnittstellen von Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
