Du möchtest praktische Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung sammeln und gleichzeitig Einblicke in moderne Finance-Prozesse und ERP-Systeme gewinnen? Dann werde Teil unseres Finance-Teams und unterstütze uns dabei, effiziente und skalierbare Prozesse in einem wachsenden Unternehmen aufzubauen. Wir suchen eine oder einen Werkstudenten Buchhaltung (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Finance-Teams in einem breiten Spektrum an operativen Buchhaltungs- und prozessbezogenen Themen. Die Position bietet dir die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung zu sammeln und gleichzeitig zur Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Einrichtung von Finance-Prozessen in unserem ERP-System beizutragen.

HERE'S WHERE YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Tägliche Überprüfung des Posteingangs auf neue Rechnungen und andere buchhalterische Dokumente
  • Digitalisierung und Prüfung von Rechnungen und Belegen in unserem ERP-System
  • Unterstützung des Buchhaltungsteams bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben
  • Ablage und Archivierung von Dokumenten nach internen Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Definition und Implementierung von Workflows, Stammdaten und Prozesslogiken innerhalb des ERP-Systems

WHO YOU ARE

  • Du absolvierst aktuell ein Masterstudium, idealerweise in BWL, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du hast ein echtes Interesse an Buchhaltung, Finance und Geschäftsprozessen
  • Du verfügst über eine strukturierte und analytische Denkweise und arbeitest gerne mit Zahlen
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, selbstständig und zuverlässig
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen mit einem ERP-System
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem Unternehmen gesammelt
