Synechron est un cabinet de conseil international spécialisé dans la transformation digitale et technologique des services financiers.

Nous accompagnons les principaux acteurs de la banque, de l'assurance et des marchés de capitaux dans la conception, la transformation et la modernisation de leurs systèmes d'information, de leurs processus

métier et de leurs plateformes technologiques.

Notre approche repose sur une double expertise, métier et technologique, ainsi que sur notre capacité à intervenir sur des programmes de transformation complexes, au sein d'environnements internationaux exigeants.

Nous recherchons un Business Analyst spécialisé en progiciels financiers pour accompagner les projets d'implémentation, d'évolution ou de migration de plateformes bancaires.

Selon votre expertise, vous interviendrez sur Calypso, Murex ou Finastra, en lien avec les équipes métierset IT. Une expertise sur l'une de ces plateformes suffit : la maîtrise des trois n'est pas attendue.

Vos missions

Analyse fonctionnelle et paramétrage

• Recueillir les besoins des utilisateurs et analyser les fonctionnalités existantes du progiciel.

• Formaliser les spécifications, règles de gestion et écarts entre besoins métier et standard applicatif.

• Participer aux travaux de configuration et de paramétrage fonctionnel selon le périmètre.

Intégration et transformation

• Contribuer aux projets d'implémentation, de montée de version et de migration.

• Analyser les interfaces, flux de données et impacts sur les processus Front-to-Back.

• Coordonner les échanges avec les équipes de développement, d'intégration et les représentants métier.

Recette et mise en production

• Préparer les scénarios de tests fonctionnels et de non-régression.

• Exécuter les recettes, qualifier les anomalies et suivre les corrections.

• Contribuer aux répétitions de migration, aux validations et à l'accompagnement des utilisateurs.

Livrables attendus

• Expressions de besoins, analyses d'écart et spécifications fonctionnelles.

• Dossiers de paramétrage et cartographies d'interfaces.

• Plans de recette, résultats de tests et suivi des anomalies.

• Documentation de migration et procédures utilisateurs.

Profil recherché

Expertise métier et applicative

• Expérience en Business Analysis sur au moins un progiciel : Calypso, Murex ou Finastra.

• Connaissance des processus bancaires couverts par la plateforme concernée.

• Compréhension des cycles de vie des opérations et des interactions entre les fonctions métier.

Compétences et qualités

• Expérience en projets d'implémentation, de migration ou d'évolution applicative.

• Maîtrise des spécifications, des tests fonctionnels et de la coordination métier/IT.

• Connaissance de SQL appréciée.

• Anglais courant, sens de l'analyse et autonomie.
