Synechron est un cabinet de conseil international spécialisé dans la transformation digitale et technologique des services financiers.

Nous accompagnons les principaux acteurs de la banque, de l'assurance et des marchés de capitaux dans la conception, la transformation et la modernisation de leurs systèmes d'information, de leurs processus métier et de leurs plateformes technologiques.

Notre approche repose sur une double expertise, métier et technologique, ainsi que sur notre capacité àintervenir sur des programmes de transformation complexes, au sein d'environnements internationaux exigeant.

Dans le cadre de projets de développement et de modernisation applicative, nous recherchons un Développeur Java Full Stack pour concevoir et faire évoluer des solutions utilisées par les métiers des services financiers.

Vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble du cycle de développement, en collaboration avec les équipes produit,métier, architecture et DevOps.

Vos missions

Conception et développement

• Concevoir et développer des services backend en Java et Spring Boot.

• Développer des interfaces web avec Angular ou React selon l'environnement projet.

• Concevoir et intégrer des API REST, en veillant à la sécurité et à la maintenabilité.

Qualité et architecture

• Participer aux choix de conception et à l'évolution des architectures applicatives.

• Écrire des tests unitaires et d'intégration et contribuer aux revues de code.

• Optimiser les performances, la résilience et la qualité du code.

Delivery et collaboration

• Participer aux rituels Agile et aux échanges avec les Business Analysts et Product Owners.

• Contribuer à l'intégration continue, aux pipelines de livraison et aux déploiements.

• Diagnostiquer et corriger les anomalies en collaboration avec les équipes techniques.

Livrables attendus

• Code source documenté, composants backend et frontend.

• API, contrats d'interface et documentation technique.

• Tests automatisés et rapports de qualité.

• Contributions aux pipelines CI/CD et dossiers de livraison.

Profil recherché

Expertise technique

• Expérience significative en développement Java et Spring Boot.

• Pratique d'Angular ou React et des technologies web associées.

• Maîtrise des API REST, SQL et des principes de conception logicielle.

Compétences et qualités

• Bonne connaissance de Git et des pratiques de tests automatisés.

• Connaissance de Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud ou microservices appréciée selon les projets.

• Sens de la qualité, capacité de résolution de problèmes et travail en équipe.

• Anglais professionnel.
