Voor onze klant, een gerenommeerde industriële organisatie, zijn we op zoek naar een Supply Chain Planner voor het filiaal in Tienen.

Als Supply Chain Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en opvolgen van verschillende processen binnen de supply chain. Je werkt nauw samen met een collega Supply Chain Planner en rapporteert aan de Supply Chain Manager.

Jouw rol:

Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen, productie, transporten en externe magazijnen efficiënt op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen op basis van de voorraadbehoeften.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de productieplanning.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van transportplanning.
  • Coördineren van de planning van externe magazijnen.
  • Opvolgen van inkomende leveringen en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van facturen van bestellingen en externe magazijnen.
  • Problemen analyseren en de impact ervan op de productieplanning opvolgen.
  • Bespreken en doorvoeren van wijzigingen wanneer planningen moeten worden aangepast.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van actieplannen bij problemen met leveranciers.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving.
  • Je bent analytisch en beschikt over een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, waaronder Excel-formules en draaitabellen.
  • Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, stressbestendig, assertief en communicatief sterk.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
