Onze klant is een Belgisch familiebedrijf met meer dan 60 jaar ervaring in de import en distributie van hoogwaardig vlees. Vanuit Antwerpen belevert de organisatie vleesgroothandels, retailers, restaurants, slagers en vleesverwerkende bedrijven in verschillende Europese markten. Kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en betrouwbaarheid vormen de basis van de dagelijkse werking. Dankzij sterke internationale samenwerkingen met zorgvuldig geselecteerde leveranciers biedt onze klant een uitgebreid assortiment aan kwaliteitsvlees, waaronder rundvlees van diverse rassen. Als familiebedrijf hecht onze klant veel belang aan persoonlijke service, duurzame klantenrelaties en vakkennis, opgebouwd over meerdere generaties.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij het aanspreekpunt dat onze klanten de allerbeste service biedt, én vind je het leuk om de logistieke stroom erachter vlekkeloos te plannen? Dan is dit jouw kans om als spilfiguur op onze klantendienst te schitteren. In deze rol staat customer service absoluut op de eerste plaats: jij ontzorgt de klant van A tot Z en zorgt met jouw klantgerichte aanpak voor een optimale klanttevredenheid. Als waardevolle extra neem je hierbij de planning en opvolging van het goederentransport voor jouw rekening.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Klanten proactief en vriendelijk te woord staan bij al hun vragen, bestellingen en wensen
  • Het volledige orderproces van A tot Z opvolgen en zorgen voor een vlekkeloze klantbehandeling
  • Als extra verantwoordelijkheid de planning van het goederentransport nauwkeurig afstemmen met logistieke partners
  • Nauw contact onderhouden met transporteurs om leveringstermijnen te waarborgen
  • Proactief communiceren naar de klant over de status en levering van hun goederen
  • Eventuele vragen of knelpunten rond leveringen snel en klantgericht oplossen

Jij bent een servicegericht talent dat van nature meedenkt met de klant en communicatief heel sterk staat. Je krijgt energie van het opbouwen van een goede band met klanten, maar kan daarnaast ook gestructureerd puzzelen om de nodige transportplanningen vlot op te zetten.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een sterke passie voor customer service en bij voorkeur ervaring in een soortgelijke klantgerichte rol
  • Affiniteit met of ervaring in logistiek/transportplanning is een grote troef
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels (kennis van extra talen is een pluspunt)
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een groot empathisch vermogen
  • Een stressbestendige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding
  • Nauwkeurigheid in administratieve opvolging en vlotte kennis van MS Office
