Voor een internationaal groeiende organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Finance Medewerker die het financiële team komt versterken. Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan een correcte financiële administratie en tegelijk stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen de afdeling.

Of je nu net een eerste ervaring hebt opgedaan of klaar bent om je carrière in finance verder uit te bouwen: hier krijg je de begeleiding, ondersteuning en ontwikkelingskansen om te groeien.

Als Finance Medewerker ondersteun je de dagelijkse financiële werking van de organisatie en zorg je ervoor dat alle administratieve en financiële processen vlot verlopen.

  • Verwerken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen
  • Opvolgen van betalingen en openstaande posten
  • Controleren en verwerken van financiële gegevens
  • Ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opstellen van financiële rapporteringen
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en interne afdelingen
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen financiële processen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan het finance team
  • Je bent iemand die graag met cijfers werkt, oog heeft voor detail en energie krijgt van een correcte administratie.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen finance, boekhouding of administratie is mooi meegenomen
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, met focus op Excel
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en werkt graag zelfstandig
  • Je denkt proactief mee en leert graag bij
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
