Voor een internationale en groeiende organisatie zoeken we een Finance Medewerker die dankzij zijn of haar ervaring mee het verschil maakt binnen het finance team. Je krijgt de kans om actief mee te werken aan de financiële processen en een belangrijke ondersteunende rol op te nemen bij rapportering en afsluitingen.

Als Finance Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en efficiënte verwerking van financiële gegevens.

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen
  • Opvolgen van betalingen en openstaande klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen
  • Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Voorbereiden en opmaken van financiële rapporteringen
  • Controleren van financiële data en signaleren van afwijkingen
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en interne stakeholders
  • Assisteren bij audits en financiële controles
  • Actief meewerken aan verbeteringsprojecten en optimalisatie van processen
  • Ondersteunen van collega's binnen het finance team waar nodig
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste stevige ervaring opgebouwd binnen een financiële of boekhoudkundige omgeving en bent klaar om verder te groeien.
  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Bedrijfsmanagement of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 2 à 5 jaar ervaring binnen financiële administratie
  • Goede kennis van Excel en andere MS Office-toepassingen
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een troef
  • Analytisch sterk en cijfermatig onderlegd
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar voelt je ook goed binnen een team
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je denkt proactief mee en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op
