Jobomschrijving

Ben jij kinesitherapeut en wil je ouderen ondersteunen in hun mobiliteit, zelfstandigheid en levenskwaliteit? Dan is deze job als kinesitherapeut in een woonzorgcentrum iets voor jou.

Je begeleidt bewoners dagelijks op kinesitherapeutisch vlak en werkt mee aan hun revalidatie, welzijn en zelfredzaamheid. Je krijgt daarbij ruimte voor professionele autonomie en werkt samen met een betrokken woon- en leefteam.

  • Je biedt dagelijkse kinesitherapeutische begeleiding aan bewoners.
  • Je stelt behandelplannen op gericht op mobiliteit, revalidatie en zelfstandigheid.
  • Je stimuleert bewoners om actief te blijven en ondersteunt hun zelfredzaamheid.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt groepssessies en bewegingsactiviteiten.
  • Je volgt de kinesitherapeutische zorg correct op en rapporteert in het woonzorgdossier.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en maakt actief deel uit van het woon- en leefteam.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma Kinesitherapie en een geldig visum
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor ouderen en wil bijdragen aan hun welzijn en levenskwaliteit.
  • Je werkt graag samen, maar kunt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je bent flexibel en past je gemakkelijk aan veranderende situaties aan.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent positief, enthousiast en teamgericht.
