The posting

UNIE-K biedt intensieve zorg en ondersteuning aan volwassenen met een meervoudige beperking. Dit doen we vanop drie groene locatie in West-Vlaanderen met 565 medewerkers, heel wat vrijwilligers en stagiairs. Voor onze locatie in Brugge zijn we op zoek naar een kinesitherapeut.

Binnen deze functie kom je terecht in ons kineteam met 5 collega’s.

Wat doe je:

Bij bewoners met aangeboren beperkingen is de doelstelling het behouden van de fysieke verworven capaciteiten en inspelen op nieuwe motorische problematieken veroorzaakt door trauma en leeftijd.

Bij bewoners met NAH is de doelstelling om maximaal in te zetten op revalidatie en progressie te maken binnen de fysieke mogelijkheden.

Hierbij maken we gebruik van:

  • Massage
  • Mobilisatie
  • Oefentherapie (zowel analytisch als functioneel)
  • Ademhalingstherapie
  • Gangrevalidatie
  • Aanbrengen van hulpmiddelen zoals orthesen, loophulpmiddelen, rolwagen (aangepast materiaal)
  • Ondersteuning en begeleiding rond ergonomie, positionering en comfortzorg

Hierbij kan je gebruik maken van uitgebreide faciliteiten zoals:

  • Een zwembad voor hydrotherapie
  • Manége voor Hippo therapie
  • Verschillende kineruimtes

Je bent rechtstreeks betrokken bij het ergonomiebeleid van de organisatie.

Wie ben je:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma van bachelor of master in de kinesitherapie.
  • Je beschikt over een creatieve geest om vernieuwing te brengen in het huidig aanbod en je staat open voor nieuwe tendensen en evoluties binnen de sector.
  • Permanente vorming, ontwikkelen van individuele kennis en kunde.
  • Je hebt oog voor zelfbepaling, inclusie, zelfredzaamheid van de bewoner en dit rekening houdend met het ontwikkelingsniveau.
  • Je bent flexibel en je kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent contactvaardig, kwaliteitsbewust en geduldig.
  • Je bent enthousiast en motiverend.
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
