Ben jij een onderhoudstechnieker die graag technische uitdagingen aangaat? Ben je bereid aan de slag te gaan in regio Mechelen? Heb je een brede technische kennis en haal je voldoening uit het opsporen en oplossen van storingen? Dan is deze functie misschien wel iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen?

Als onderhoudstechnieker maak je deel uit van het Maintenance Team. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een vlotte en efficiënte werking van het geautomatiseerde machinepark en de bijhorende installaties.

Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines en installaties, zowel op elektrisch als mechanisch vlak.
  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van storingen aan elektrische, mechanische en PLC-gestuurde systemen.
  • Actief zoeken naar oorzaken van technische problemen en onverwachte stilstanden.
  • Meewerken aan aanpassingen en verbeteringen van het machinepark.
  • Analyseren van terugkerende problemen en formuleren van verbetervoorstellen.

Waar kom je terecht?

Je komt terecht bij een technische dienstverlener die bedrijven ondersteunt met gespecialiseerde technische profielen. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega’s in een omgeving waar kennisdeling en een praktische aanpak centraal staan.

Wie zoeken we?

Je beschikt over:

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische functie.
  • Een goede kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica en pneumatica.
  • Het vermogen om mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische schema’s te lezen en te interpreteren.
  • Een analytische ingesteldheid en een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • De zelfstandigheid om technische problemen efficiënt aan te pakken.
  • Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan een wachtdienst volgens een beurtrol (ongeveer 1 keer om de 4 weken).
