Heb je ervaring met technisch onderhoud en haal je voldoening uit het opsporen en oplossen van storingen? Voor een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling, productie en distributie van tandtechnische materialen zoeken we een technisch onderhoudsmedewerker. Je staat in voor het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van het machinepark en krijgt de ruimte om actief mee te denken over technische verbeteringen.

Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving waar samenwerking en korte communicatielijnen centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als technisch onderhoudsmedewerker zorg je ervoor dat de productie-installaties optimaal blijven functioneren. Je combineert preventief onderhoud met het oplossen van technische problemen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen aan het machinepark.

Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Onderhoud uitvoeren: je staat in voor zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud aan het machinepark en de productie-installaties.
  • Storingen oplossen: bij technische problemen zoek je naar de oorzaak en zorg je voor een gepaste oplossing.
  • Onderhoud optimaliseren: je volgt bestaande onderhoudsplannen en interne procedures op en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
  • Onderhoudsschema's opstellen: je helpt bij het uitwerken en optimaliseren van preventieve onderhoudsschema's.
  • Technische verbeteringen aanbrengen: je denkt actief mee over manieren om de werking en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties te verbeteren.
  • Samenwerken en rapporteren: je stemt regelmatig af met de verschillende teams en rapporteert aan de onderhoudssupervisor.

Je voldoet aan volgende vereisten:

  • Een bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in technisch onderhoud en probleemoplossing binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring in de voedings-, farmaceutische of chemische sector is een pluspunt.
  • Een goede kennis van preventief en correctief onderhoud.
  • Een proactieve, nauwkeurige en punctuele werkhouding, met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Een vasthoudende ingesteldheid bij het zoeken naar technische oplossingen en oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken.
