Jobomschrijving

Van de eerste plannen tot de uiteindelijke oplevering: jij houdt de touwtjes in handen en zorgt ervoor dat elk project vlot verloopt.

  • Projectcoördinatie van A tot Z: je plant, organiseert en volgt de werkzaamheden op, en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Grip op kwaliteit en budget: deadlines, veiligheid, kwaliteit en financiële doelstellingen blijven nauwlettend onder controle.
  • Een vlotte projectuitvoering: de juiste materialen, middelen en mensen worden op de gepaste moment ingezet.
  • Samenwerking als sleutel tot succes: in nauw overleg met engineering, productie, site managers en externe partners zorg je voor een efficiënte uitvoering.
  • Oplossingsgericht werken: technische uitdagingen pak je proactief aan, met oog voor kwaliteit en haalbaarheid.

Een veelzijdige functie waarin technische kennis, organisatorisch talent en samenwerking samenkomen. Geen project is hetzelfde en net die afwisseling maakt het boeiend.

  • Een masterdiploma Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde vormt de basis van jouw technische expertise.
  • Minstens een eerste ervaring is een must en helpt je om snel je weg te vinden.
  • Met een rijbewijs B ben je flexibel inzetbaar voor verplaatsingen naar verschillende projecten.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met collega's en externe partners.
  • Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak, oplossingsgericht denken en communicatieve vaardigheden houd je projecten op koers.
