Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een ervaren Teamleader Logistiek die energie haalt uit het aansturen van een team en het verbeteren van logistieke processen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als Teamleader Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling Papierwaren & Picking. Je zorgt ervoor dat de logistieke processen veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief verlopen. Daarnaast motiveer en begeleid je jouw team om samen de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te behalen.

Jouw taken:

  • Je stuurt de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten van de afdeling aan;
  • Het bewaken van de veiligheid, kwaliteit en vooropgestelde KPI's;
  • Opmaak van werk- en personeelsplanningen;
  • Je detecteert operationele knelpunten en werkt passende oplossingen uit;
  • Het voeren van functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken;
  • Je organiseert en leidt teamvergaderingen;
  • Meewerken op de werkvloer wanneer nodig en geeft het goede voorbeeld.

Voor deze functie als Teamleader Logistiek zoeken we iemand die:

  • Ervaring heeft in een leidinggevende functie, bij voorkeur binnen een logistieke of operationele omgeving;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden heeft en medewerkers weet te motiveren en te coachen;
  • Organisatorisch sterk is en vlot prioriteiten stelt;
  • Oplossingsgericht werkt en het overzicht bewaart tijdens drukke periodes;
  • Goed overweg kan met MS Outlook en MS Excel;
  • Vlot Nederlands spreekt. Kennis van de Franse taal is een pluspunt;
  • Hands-on en actief meewerkt op de werkvloer wanneer nodig.
