Een toonaangevend bedrijf binnen de verse voedingslogistiek is op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleider Logistiek met een passie voor efficiëntie en mensgerichte aansturing.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een natuurlijke leider met een scherp oog voor planning en procesoptimalisatie? Als Logistiek Teamverantwoordelijke stuur je dagelijks een team aan en zorg je voor een soepel en efficiënt logistiek proces. Je bewaakt de voortgang, stelt prioriteiten en springt bij waar nodig. Met jouw coachende aanpak motiveer je het team en zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie.

Als Logistiek Teamverantwoordelijke krijg je een sleutelrol binnen de expeditie-afdeling:

  • Aansturing van een team van circa 40 magazijnmedewerkers, in nauwe samenwerking met collega-teamleiders.
  • Toezicht op een vlot verloop van de dagelijkse logistieke processen en het handhaven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Optimalisatie van personeelsinzet door sterke people skills en duidelijke communicatie.
  • Voorbereiden en voeren van evaluatie- en functioneringsgesprekken, samenstellen van werkroosters en actief deelnemen aan overlegmomenten.
  • Aandragen en implementeren van verbeteringsvoorstellen op de werkvloer.
  • Bijdragen aan de realisatie van de afdelingsdoelstellingen en het stimuleren van een positieve werkcultuur.

De gezochte Teamleader Logistiek:

  • In het bezit van minstens een ASO/TSO-diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een logistieke omgeving.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Technisch inzicht en vertrouwd met basis IT-toepassingen.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in tweeploegendienst (vroege en late shift) en in het weekend.
  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Organisatietalent en oplossingsgericht denken zijn essentieel.
  • Veiligheid staat hoog op de agenda.
