Sinds de oprichting van Eltra in 1954 zijn zij uitgegroeid tot de onbetwiste marktleider in de distributie van elektrisch materiaal en verlichting voor de home improvement markt in de Benelux. Elke dag leveren zij vanuit hun state-of-the art warehouse in Evergem een breed assortiment producten op het gebied van home improvement aan meer dan 1000 winkels in België, Nederland en de rest van Europa.

Jobomschrijving

Voor Eltra in Evergem, een logistieke speler gespecialiseerd in de verdeling van elektrisch materiaal zoals schakelaars en stopcontacten, zoeken we een Teamleader voor de vaste late ploeg. In het splinternieuwe magazijn neem jij de leiding en zorg je ervoor dat jouw team elke dag vlot en efficiënt aan de slag kan.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Coördineren van de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen binnen jouw zone.
  • Motiveren en coachen van medewerkers om samen de vooropgestelde doelen te behalen.
  • Opvolgen van de planning en bewaken van een efficiënte werking.
  • Nieuwe collega's verwelkomen en begeleiden tijdens hun opstart.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor het team en als schakel tussen het magazijn en de administratieve dienst.
  • Rapporteren aan de Warehouse Manager.
  • Ervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving is een must.
  • Je haalt energie uit het aansturen en begeleiden van mensen. Een eerste leidinggevende ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar ook ambitie om hierin te groeien is welkom.
  • Een flexibele houding en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden typeren jou.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Computerwerk schrikt je niet af en nieuwe systemen leer je snel aan.
