Descrição da vaga

Na Syngenta, nosso objetivo é construir a equipe mais colaborativa e confiável na agricultura, fornecendo sementes de alta qualidade e soluções inovadoras de proteção de cultivos que melhorem o sucesso dos agricultores. Para apoiar esta missão, a Equipe de Contratação da Syngenta está buscando um Analista Administrativo Jr. (focado em Custos) em Uberlândia/MG. Esta função apoiará a gestão e o controle dos custos das operações agrícolas, contribuindo para a elaboração e acompanhamento do orçamento, análises financeiras, fechamento de resultados e geração de informações gerenciais para apoiar a tomada de decisão das áreas de Finanças e Operações.

Responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar e acompanhar o orçamento de operações de campo, analisando valores orçados e realizados.
  • Gerenciar custos de produção de milho e soja, consolidando informações, acompanhando fechamentos e identificando oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Executar rotinas de fechamento financeiro, incluindo provisões, reclassificações, acompanhamento de notas fiscais e baixas de pagamentos;
  • Preparar relatórios gerenciais, indicadores de desempenho, análises de riscos e oportunidades e reportes para a liderança e áreas parceiras;
  • Realizar simulações e análises de custos para projetos, contratos de produção, serviços de campo e demais demandas de Finanças e Operações.

Qualificações

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia de Produção, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;
  • Excel Avançado;
  • Experiência em rotinas administrativas e análises.

Desejadas:

  • Conhecimento em SAP
  • Conhecimento em Qlik, Smartsheet, Power BI
  • Inglês básico
