Description du poste

En tant que Conducteur de ligne conditionnement (H/F), posté en 3x8 en CDD de 12 mois vous intégrerez un atelier dédié au conditionnement de produit de protection des plantes (herbicides, insecticide, fongicide). Vous pilotez les installations de conditionnement, dans le respect des consignes de sécurité, de qualité, de production, et de protection de l'environnement.

Vous intégrerez une équipe de 3 à 6 personnes et serez rattaché au Manager de production posté également en 3x8

Responsabilités

  • Contribuer à la bonne marche d’une ligne de conditionnement selon le plan de production établi et des conditions de productivité selon les règles et procédures QHSE.
  • Conduire et optimiser l’activité d’une ligne de conditionnement.
  • Polyvalence sur la conduite de toutes les lignes.
  • Assurer les réglages, changements de formats et changements de produit.
  • Garantir la qualité des produits finis livrables.
  • Assurer le suivi des équipements de son domaine d’activités.
  • Participer aux projets d’amélioration continue du service
  • Réaliser le passage de consignes et le nettoyage du poste

Qualifications

Requis

  • Vous avez une formation BAC PRO conduite des installations industrielles
  • Vous avez une première expérience dans un poste d’opérateur
  • Vous savez organiser le travail et prioriser les actions.
  • Vous possédez une très forte sensibilité à la sécurité
  • De nature rigoureuse et impliquée, vous aimez le travail en équipe et disposez d’un bon esprit d’initiative et d’équipe
