Descripción del empleo

En Syngenta, nuestro objetivo es construir el equipo más colaborativo y confiable en agricultura, proporcionando semillas de alta calidad y soluciones innovadoras de protección de cultivos que mejoren el éxito de los agricultores. Para apoyar esta misión, el equipo de Gerente Regional Centro de Syngenta está buscando un Demand Representative en Colima. Este rol apoyará en impulsar la generación de demanda en la zona geográfica asignada (portafolio de productos fitosanitarios y biológicos) mediante la ejecución de estrategias comerciales, el asesoramiento técnico a agricultores, la gestión de distribuidores y minoristas, y la activación de iniciativas de marketing.

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar y contactar a clientes potenciales para prospección y generación de demanda.
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones con los clientes existentes, comprender sus necesidades y proporcionar soluciones integrales adecuadas.
  • Poseer un profundo conocimiento de los productos o servicios ofrecidos para comunicar eficazmente su valor a los clientes potenciales, especialmente en el portafolio de biológicos.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con la tríada para garantizar una solución integral para los clientes, alineada con sus necesidades y requisitos.
  • Mantenerse al día sobre las tendencias del mercado, las actividades de la competencia y las preferencias de los clientes.
  • Proporcionar informes y pronósticos de ventas periódicos a la gerencia.
  • Ofrecer soporte posventa y atender las inquietudes de los clientes.
  • Definir objetivos de ventas regionales y trabajar para alcanzarlos.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa durante las actividades de venta.

Requisitos

Es indispensable para esta posición:

  • Formación profesional en agronomía o similares.
  • Conocimiento agronómico y fitosanitario de los cultivos de la zona: Papaya, plátano, limón, piña, hortalizas.
  • Conocimiento del portafolio de productos biológicos.
  • Manejo de MS Office básico – intermedio.
  • Manejo de stakeholders.
  • Networking con grandes productores.
  • Comunicación efectiva ante audiencias diversas
  • Colaboración y trabajo en equipo.
  • Licencia de conducir tipo Chofer.
