Syngenta Crop Protection обеспечивает безопасность растений от посадки до сбора урожая. С момента посева семян и до сбора урожая посевы необходимо защищать от сорняков, насекомых и болезней, а также от засух и наводнений, жары и холода.

Описание вакансии

• Обеспечить реализацию 5-летнего плана развития бизнеса GC RU

• Выявить динамику развития конкурентов и клиентов, а также потребности рынка

• Провести анализ рынка с точки зрения ассортимента конкурентов, цен, рыночных тенденций в категориях продуктов GC

• Отразить полученные данные в планах продаж и ежемесячных прогнозах по каждому клиенту

• Определить приоритеты GC RU, найти эффективные решения и сосредоточить ресурсы на реализации бизнес-стратегии

• Разработать стратегию продаж и обеспечить модели выхода на рынок совместно с руководителем отдела маркетинга для увеличения продаж и доли рынка

• Установить тесные отношения с клиентами GC RU для обеспечения развития бизнеса

• Разработать договоры, коммерческую политику и прайс-лист с учетом потребностей и приоритетов бизнеса

• Определить и внедрить новые подходы и модели ведения бизнеса для достижения стратегических целей

• Обеспечить рост продаж, валовой прибыли и объемов в соответствии с бюджетом

• Продвигать новые продукты, проводя презентации для клиентов, чтобы обеспечить начало продаж и дальнейший рост

Требования к квалификации

• Опыт разработки и внедрения стратегий

• Опыт управления ключевыми клиентами и разработки модели «выхода на рынок»

• Умение выстраивать отношения с клиентами и внутренними заинтересованными сторонами, а также навыки ведения переговоров

• Опыт анализа рынка

• Опыт заключения договоров, разработки коммерческой политики и прайс-листов

• Знание электронной коммерции является преимуществом

• Способность работать в межфункциональных и мультикультурных командах

• Свободное владение английским языком

• Высокий уровень владения Excel и аналитические навыки
