En Syngenta, buscamos construir el equipo más colaborativo y confiable de la agricultura, ofreciendo semillas de alta calidad y soluciones innovadoras para acompañar el éxito de los agricultores.

El equipo de Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) busca un/a Líder de HSE para el sitio de Venado Tuerto, Santa Fe. La posición tendrá a su cargo el liderazgo de la gestión de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente en las plantas VT1 y VT2, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y corporativos y promoviendo una operación segura y sostenible.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la implementación, el mantenimiento y la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de HSE y Security en ambas plantas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, regulatorios y corporativos.
  • Identificar, evaluar y controlar los riesgos de las operaciones y verificar la aplicación de controles críticos, permisos de trabajo, procedimientos y procesos de Gestión del Cambio.
  • Impulsar la prevención de accidentes e incidentes, coordinar las investigaciones y asegurar que las acciones correctivas y preventivas se implementen en plazo y sean eficaces. Planificar inspecciones y auditorías, y consolidar indicadores e informes de HSE.
  • Orientar y desarrollar al equipo técnico de HSE, y acompañar a líderes y supervisores del sitio en la gestión de riesgos, la capacitación y el fortalecimiento de una cultura preventiva.
  • Gestionar los aspectos de HSE vinculados con contratistas, personal temporario y transporte; coordinar a proveedores especializados; y asegurar la preparación ante emergencias, así como la prevención de impactos sobre la salud y el ambiente.

Requisitos

Es indispensable para esta posición:

  • Título universitario habilitante en Seguridad e Higiene, Medio Ambiente o una disciplina equivalente vinculada a HSE.
  • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de supervisión, coordinación o liderazgo en HSE.
  • Conocimiento práctico de la normativa argentina aplicable a seguridad, higiene, salud ocupacional y ambiente, y de estándares corporativos de HSE.
  • Inglés intermedio oral y escrito, para interactuar con equipos regionales y globales y comprender documentación técnica.
  • Manejo fluido de herramientas digitales y sistemas de gestión o reporting, con capacidad para analizar datos, administrar registros y comunicar indicadores.
  • Capacidad para liderar equipos, priorizar riesgos, influir y trabajar colaborativamente con distintas áreas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación clara y razonamiento analítico para evaluar riesgos, tendencias y causas.

Deseable:

  • Experiencia en la industria agropecuaria, el procesamiento de semillas, la manufactura o entornos industriales con riesgos comparables.
  • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial para apoyar la prevención en la operación y el análisis de información.
