Le poste est basé à Heppignies. Contrat à durée déterminée de 38 heures par semaine en moyenne par trimestre. Package salarial compétitif en relation avec vos compétences et votre expérience, titres-repas, assurances hospitalisation et ambulatoire.

Responsibilities

Sous la responsabilité du responsable d’équipe, ici en l’occurrence au sein du département des Opérations, et en étroite collaboration avec le directeur du laboratoire :

  • Réaliser les maintenances préventives et curatives des équipements de laboratoire afin de garantir leur bon fonctionnement et leur disponibilité.
  • Effectuer les réparations, l’étalonnage de base, l’installation, la mise en service, les adaptations techniques et le démontage des équipements de diagnostic de laboratoire, dans le respect des normes de qualité, de sécurité, de productivité et de rentabilité.
  • Installer les équipements médicaux chez les clients et veiller à leur fonctionnement optimal conformément aux spécifications techniques.
  • Fournir une assistance technique à distance pour le diagnostic, le dépannage et la résolution des pannes.
  • Assurer la gestion des pièces de rechange et des consommables (commandes, suivi des stocks, localisation des pièces), en tenant compte des enjeux opérationnels et économiques.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les différents interlocuteurs et garantir un service professionnel contribuant à l’excellence et à l’image de qualité de Synlab.
  • Rédiger, mettre à jour et assurer le suivi des dossiers techniques, rapports d’intervention, rapports de performance et documentation de support terrain.

Qualifications

  • Diplômé en tant que technologue de laboratoire ou gradué à orientation technique et/ou ingénierie ou avez une expérience dans des postes équivalents,
  • Les formations techniques nécessaires à la fonction seront assurées par Synlab,
  • Être doté d’une grande capacité d’analyse et avez un sens pratique développé,
  • Avoir un sens aigu de la communication et avoir un fort esprit d’équipe,
  • Être orienté résultat, solution et qualité,
  • Être pro-actif, flexible et prendre des initiatives,
  • Avoir des connaissances en IT,
  • Avoir une expérience en tant que « Technicien de Maintenance » en milieu médical ou en réparation d’équipements médicaux est un plus.
