  • Le poste est basé à Liège, au sein du LegiaPark (Boulevard de Patience et Beaujonc 3, 4000 Liège).
  • Nous proposons un contrat à durée indéterminée.
  • Le temps de travail est de 19 heures par semaine.

Responsibilities

VOTRE FONCTION

Au sein d’une équipe de 4 personnes, vous prenez en charge les missions suivantes :

  • Gérer la paie d'une partie du personnel et conseiller les responsables de service sur l'application de la législation sociale, du règlement de travail et des procédures internes (pointage, congés, heures supplémentaires, etc.).
  • Préparer, contrôler et transmettre les éléments nécessaires au calcul des salaires.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des entrées, sorties et modifications contractuelles des collaborateurs.
  • Établir les contrats de travail, avenants et autres documents sociaux.
  • Exercer une veille sur l'ensemble des obligations légales liées à la gestion du personnel et à la paie, et garantir leur application.
  • Répondre aux questions des collaborateurs et des managers concernant les matières RH et payroll.
  • Assurer les déclarations et formalités administratives auprès des organismes sociaux et des autorités compétentes.
  • Réaliser le suivi des reportings RH et assurer la fiabilité des données sociales.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus RH et à différents projets du département.
  • Réaliser diverses tâches administratives RH.

Qualifications

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Bachelier en gestion des ressources humaines ou en droit
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire
  • Connaissance du système de gestion du temps KELIO
  • Connaissance du programme SAM/LEVEL5 (Partena)
  • Esprit d’équipe et bonnes capacités de communication
  • Esprit critique et orienté solution
  • Maîtrise du français et du néerlandais (minimum niveau B2) requise. La connaissance de l’anglais est un plus
