In unserem WHO supranationale Tuberkulose-Referenzlaboratorium München-Gauting erwartet Sie ein anspruchsvolles Tätigkeitsfeld, in dem Sie Ihre Expertise in der Mikrobiologie gezielt einsetzen und weiterentwickeln können. Freuen Sie sich auf abwechslungsreiche Laboraufgaben, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und die Mitarbeit an qualitätsgesicherten diagnostischen Prozessen mit modernen mikrobiologischen Methoden.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Unterstützung für unser Labor. Werden auch Sie ein Teil unseres Teams und lassen Sie uns gemeinsam die Diagnostik der Zukunft gestalten!

Responsibilities

  • Mykobakteriologische Spezialdiagnostik mit Mikroskopie, Dekontamination, Kulturanlage und - ablesung und Differenzierung
  • Empfindlichkeitstestung und Typisierung von Myko- und Tuberkulosebakterien
  • PCR- und Hybridisierungsverfahren
  • Immunserologie
  • aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems

Qualifications

  • anerkannte Ausbildung zum BTA / CTA / ATA / MTL (m/w/d)oder Bachelor-Studium in Life sciences (z.B. Biologie / Mikrobiologe) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung mit und Freude an Mikrobiologie und an der Arbeit mit bakteriellen Krankheitserregern unter erhöhten Sicherheitsbedingungen (Sicherheitsstufen S2 und S3)
  • Einsatzfreude, Gewissenhaftigkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine sehr sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • technisches Grundverständnis, solide IT-Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Laborinformationssystemen (LIS / LIMS)
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. B2)
  • Bereitschaft zum Wochenenddienst

Das SYNLAB MVZ Gauting ist ein Spezialzentrum für Mykobakteriologie (NTM)- und Tuberkulose (TB)-Diagnostik. Das Labor ist nach den modernsten apparativen Gesichtspunkten ausgestattet. Es bildet die Diagnostikabteilung des IML - Instituts für Mikrobiologie und Laboratoriumsdiagnostik, eines der größten mykobakteriologischen Fachzentren Europas, das der Weltgesundheitsorganisation (WHO) als Supranationales Referenzlabor dient. Neben einer Vielzahl internationaler Entwicklungsprojekte in Nepal, Zentralasien, Osteuropa und Afrika betreibt das Institut in Eigenregie einige Forschungsprojekte im Bereich resistenter Tuberkulose und nicht-tuberkuloser Mykobakteriosen. Gauting liegt südlich von München im oberbayerischen Landkreis Starnberg und verfügt über eine unvergleichliche Lebensqualität und zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Fünf-Seen-Land: Starnberger See, Ammersee, Wörthsee, Pilsensee und Weßlinger See.
